January 27 is the Day of Remembrance of Vladyslav Dobryak (1994–2026), a junior sergeant, commander of the anti-tank missile system unit and a native of Novogrodovka. Having joined the defense of Ukraine in May 2023, he went through a combat path from a grenade launcher to a commander, repeatedly returned to the ranks after being wounded, and for his personal courage was awarded the Cross of Valor award of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine. The life of the indomitable warrior was prematurely cut short on January 27, 2026 due to acute heart failure caused by extremely heavy front-line loads, leaving him in the memory of the community as a model of devotion to the Motherland and military duty
